Knowledge is power. The more you know about yourself the more powerful you become. We all have energy centers within our body, also known as the chakra system. The term chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel. Each energy center looks like a cone with its point plugging in to your spine. They are spinning wheels of light, which cause energy to flow in and out of the physical body. These energy centers connect you to all levels of life.
If we are unaware of our energy centers, they will operate on a subconscious level. Once you begin to question who you are and what your purpose is, your energy centers activate and development of your divine nature begins. Your heart and mind begin the journey of integration bringing forth the power of clarity.
The first three energy centers are rooted in fear, so it is important you take some time to understand and work with these centers. Your first energy center symbolizes the foundation of your personality. If your foundation is rooted in fear you will have a difficult time moving up. As you expand your awareness of how your energy centers work, you will learn that each has negative and positive qualities. Releasing chaos and drama from your life will bring forth the positive qualities of trust and ambition.
Understanding and working with your energy centers will bring forth tremendous transformation of the physical body and will connect you to your divine intelligence and the magic of who you are.
